We hope you’re doing your best to avoid doom-scrolling and panicking. A lot is out of our control, but there are accessible ways to help your community. Luckily, people like Willa of Highly Human are always looking out for these opportunities, so I encourage you to check out their recent post outlining actions (or antidotes) that can counteract the news (toxins).

Tuning out all the time isn’t healthy, but sometimes escapism is necessary for mental health. And one thing we really enjoy is revisiting quality tv shows that were canceled too soon. So, we created a new podcast called Must See R.I.P., and we’re excited to share it, because it’s the first purely fun project we’ve done in a long time. Our first season is focused on The Black Donnellys, a show that didn’t get a fair chance to take off before cancelation, and we talk about why that was.
